Our Leadership

MTW Consulting LLC is lead by Michael T. Wilhite, Sr who has over  30 years of combined State and Federal Law Enforcement Experience with the following agencies: US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)/US Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP)/Illinois State Police (IL State Trooper)/ Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC). Mr Wilhite served as a DEA Special Agent, Supervisory Special Agent, Country Attaché  of the DEA Port-au-Prince Haiti Country Office, DEA Staff Coordinator and DEA International Training Instructor at the International Law Enforcement Academy(ILEA) in Bangkok and San Salvador during his time with DEA. He retired from DEA in March 2019. Also, Mr Wilhite served as an US Army Infantry Officer.

It's lead by an experienced law enforcement executive with an exemplary demonstrated history of building strong teams and coalitions across a broad landscape of domestic and international organizations skilled in: Crisis Management, Intelligence Analysis, Government, Counter-Narcotics Law Enforcement, Investigative Case Management, Security and Weapons Safety & Handling.
